what services would best serve you. It gives you the opportunity to see how working with me can help you focus on the
areas you need the most assistance with. It also gives you direction and specific suggestions regarding ways
to improve your diet while giving you a "taste" of the awesome plant-based meals just waiting for you.
This program includes:
- Initial 50 minute Consultation - a $85 value
- 1 Private Cooking Class - 1-2 people - a $175 value (not including grocery costs)
Cost if purchased individually - $260.00 (not including grocery costs)
Cost if purchashed as a package - $220.00 (not including grocery costs) A $40 savings

* grocery costs are determined by selected menu, grocery items you already have,
etc. and a deposit is payable in advance of the cooking class date. Any balance due, or amount due you will be settled on
cook date. Travel fees apply to locations more than 15 miles from Food for Living in Vineland.
