Personal Chef Services - Pricing and Sample Menus

All personal chef service packages include:

  • initial consultation and assessment to determine your preferences
  • menu planning
  • grocery shopping
  • preparation and cooking of your selected meals
  • containers and other packaging materials
  • packaging and labeling of prepared foods
  • complete serving and heating instructions
  • clean-up

15% off initial service fee for new clients!

Based on 4 servings and appropriate sides*

Based on 4 servings with no sides

Additional Fees:

     - Grocery costs are determined by your chosen menu.

     - Additional servings - $10/serving + grocery costs

     - Additional entrees - $45/entrée + grocery costs

     - Healthy desserts - $35 + grocery costs

     - Special diets:  When additional time is needed for menu planning, calculations,
       or consultations
with health-care professionals, a $35 fee per cook date will be
       added.  Not all special diets will
incur a special fee.

     - Single-serve packaging:  There is an additional fee of $35 per cook date for
       single serve
packing due to additional labor and cost.

     - Travel fees apply to locations more than 15 miles from Food for Living in
       Vineland, NJ.

Payment of a grocery deposit and the personal chef fee is due in advance of the cook date.  Any overpayment of the grocery deposit will be credited to the next session or refunded.

Payment methods are personal check or cash.

Prices effective Sept. 2009 and are subject to change.
